We invest significant energy and enthusiasm in exchanges, initiatives, and partnerships with numerous Italian universities because we believe in automation culture as a tool for fostering innovation and talent development.

Politecnico di Milano POLIMI

Every year, we participate in the largest career fair for students and graduates of Politecnico di Milano (Career Day and International Career Day). We also support thesis and internship projects related to our eXPert PPC product, reinforcing our commitment to training and technological research.

Università di Padova – Campus di Vicenza

We have developed a partnership to train highly qualified engineers in industrial automation and to launch innovation projects in the field of Industry 4.0.

Politecnico di Bari

We participate in projects for the development of new automated control systems and artificial intelligence for the manufacturing sector in collaboration with Job Meeting.

ANIPLA (Italian National Association for Automation) and University of Genoa

We have participated in the projects “Company-Student Meetings” and “The Role of the Engineer in Industrial Automation,” two key events for young students approaching their Technical Institute or Higher Technical diploma, as well as for engineering graduates.

RAISE (Robotics and AI for Socio-economic Empowerment) e Università di Genova

We are involved in the A-Isole industrial research project within the NextGeneration EU initiative, coordinated by the University of Genoa and IIT. The project aims to develop an advanced DMS based on Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and Edge Computing algorithms to optimize power grid management.

Our Training: A Modular Approach for a Tailored Learning Experience

SDI Academy IN
Our internal training program, designed for new hires as well as long-standing employees. At the core of this approach is continuous learning through our SDI Academy, a comprehensive learning journey that integrates theory, mentoring, and hands-on training to ensure ongoing professional growth

SDI Academy OUT
Our external training program for end customers and system integrators. The goal is to provide the necessary skills to manage, configure, and maintain SDI’s automation systems over time.
We offer specialized training paths tailored to different professional profiles, with a strong focus on managing, configuring, and maintaining the eXPert Ecosystem, as well as operating industrial plants and processes supervised, controlled, and remotely managed by eXPert.
