REPORTING UNLAWFUL CONDUCT AND IRREGULARITIES

cd. whistleblowing
The following individuals may submit reports of unlawful conduct and irregularities of which they have become aware due to their work relationship, through the dedicated digital platform and other available channels:
  • Employees under a subordinate employment contract;
  • Self-employed workers and individuals with coordinated and continuous collaboration agreements, as well as those with collaboration agreements “organized by the client”;
  • Workers or collaborators who provide goods or services or carry out work on behalf of third parties;
  • Freelancers and consultants;
  • Volunteers and interns, including unpaid ones;
  • Shareholders and individuals with administrative, management, supervisory, control, or representative functions.
The digital platform utilizes an encryption protocol that ensures enhanced protection of the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity, the content of the report, and any attached documentation.

Anonymous reporting

The IT platform and some reporting channels (see “Operational Directions”) can also accept anonymous reports.

However, if the anonymous report is “timely, substantiated and supported by appropriate documentation” it will be taken into consideration. The filing of the anonymous report will follow the same procedures as overt reports to ensure that the reporter can manifest his or her identity to the designated manager at a later time.
