Our Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics embodies the principles that inspire every activity and behavior within SDI and guide our entire community. The role of Guardian of the Code of Ethics is carried out by the Supervisory Body, established in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231 of Italian law.

Who it is addressed to

To all employees and collaborators, including occasional ones, of SDI.

To shareholders, directors, members of the board of auditors, and accountants, regardless of their legal/formal status.

To consultants, suppliers, clients, business partners, and anyone conducting activities in the name and on behalf of SDI or under its control.

Being and creating a "system":
Developing products that can easily adapt to different needs, organizing services that combine specialization with staff interchangeability, and monitoring business activities to measure results

Not only in terms of production value as shown in financial statements but also in the “rating” given by all stakeholders towards the company (clients and their end users, shareholders, employees, suppliers, financiers, institutions, and the community as a whole).

Paying great attention to the work environment, respecting human dignity, recognizing skills and merits, practicing continuous improvement, and ensuring that only collaborators capable of taking on “key” roles can become future SDI shareholders.

Operating with a structured approach and the necessary resources to ensure effective prevention, proper training, and active participation in occupational health and safety as well as environmental protection.

Whistleblowing Reports
SDI promotes a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency, and integrity. To support this commitment, dedicated whistleblowing reporting channels have been established in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, ensuring the confidentiality of whistleblowers’ identities as well as those of any reported or mentioned individuals.
