SDI Adopts 150 Olive Trees in Salento

SDI partners with Associazione Olivami to adopt 150 olive trees and gift them to its employees

This holiday season, SDI has transformed its commitment to sustainability and social responsibility into a meaningful action: the adoption of 150 olive trees in Salento, in collaboration with Associazione Olivami.
This initiative is more than just a symbolic gesture—it supports the local community and leaves a lasting mark, representing growth, care, and respect for the environment.

A Gift That Grows Over Time
Each adopted olive tree is not just a symbol; it also produces extra virgin olive oil, a product of a land rich in history yet deeply affected by Xylella, the devastating bacterium that has destroyed hectares of olive groves in Puglia. Through this project, SDI contributes to reforestation and the economic recovery of a region striving to renew itself.

As a token of appreciation for the dedication of its employees, SDI has chosen a gift that lasts: an adopted olive tree in Salento and the olive oil it will produce.

This initiative is a step forward in reducing environmental impact and building a greener future.

At SDI, we believe in the power of combining economic growth with social responsibility.
