It’s from today’s and tomorrow’s talents that our Research and Development laboratories are born: located in our offices of Trezzano sul Naviglio, close to Italian business capital of Milan, and Pisa, historically founded near to Enel Research Center, since more than 40 years they build our view of state-of-the-art automation.
In our reality, knowledge and competences acquired in Italian most respected Universities are put in good use and grown together with direct experiences in order to grant a constant professional improvement that lead to the realization of cutting edge automation products.

Main collaborations are set with Politecnico di Milano and Universities of Brescia, Bologna, Firenze, Catania, and Savona.

Our commitment towards the territory and youth employment is consistent and shown by new hires for more than 10% of total workforce in the last year, also thanks to Discover Program partnership signed with Politecnico di Milano’s Career Service, which is finalized to integration of new graduates coming from Italian most famous technical university into labor market.

Software and Hardware departments manage the entire production cycle of our devices and development of eXPert software applications, starting off with feasibility studies, to custom design, prototyping, testing phases, up to small batches or series production, from software versioning to after sales services.
